Services Offered
• Work with staff to optimize and streamline all technology workflows
• Device management (iOS, Android, etc.)
• Verify local and/or cloud backups are running on both server and workstations, maintain off-site backup
• Update and maintain bootable server and workstations clones
• Check for and apply software and security updates to server and workstations (MacOS, Windows and all apps)
• Install/maintain Anti-virus and run security scans on any installations
• Monitor all current malware threats, inform client of any potential hazards
• Monitor available disk space on all site systems
• Maintain any VoIP telephone services
• Develop and maintain best security practices for all company hardware
• Setup or delete workstations, user accounts as needed
• Responsible for Office 365/Google Workspace user accounts if applicable
• Maintain/adjust as needed disaster recovery plans, Hurricane evacuation procedures, etc.
• Provide staff training on any technical issues as requested
• IT inventory tracking
• Provide shared documentation for users to keep track of all issues - solutions/workarounds will be recored also for future reference
• Generative AI and LLM training
• And literally any other IT service needed by your company!
